Paw Paw Family Dentistry at 32800 Red Arrow Highway, Paw Paw, Michigan.

Both of my children started going here for the last year in order to try them out. I was very impressed with them initially, however the rose colored glasses came off when we started having to deal with the more complex procedures. They are good for simple cleanings, but as soon as actual work needs to be done they will refer you to someone else almost immediately, especially if you have children. Some of the hygienists there are great, however some of them have zero patience for children (some will make this known with your child in the room as they cannot contain their discontent during the procedure), including the doctor. My son had to get multiple fillings, and I understand that they had to have the appointments spread out, however after the first procedure my son was now terrified of the place. Seeing this, I was immediately referred to a pediatric dentist in Kalamazoo. We went there thinking we were getting the procedure done, only to have THEM tell us we needed to get it done at a hospital after taking the day off work to attend what I found out was just another consultation. We will be going back to our original family dentist. No amount of ceiling TVs can make up for their incompetence.
